He is an MBA in Marketing and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business from the prestigious Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi in India. He started his career in the year 1994 in Mumbai, India. He has worked at several locations in India and overseas. He has travelled the length and breadth of India as well as the world. He has travelled to over 85 Countries spanning six continents. He has fair understanding of Sales & Marketing and International Business. In his career he has worked at powerful capacities with companies like Bayer AG Germany, The American Nutrition Conglomerate Novartis and other leading Indian and American Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical Organizations.

Mr Verma is a dynamic personality of the Indian Pharmaceutical Industry. Versatile by character and honest go getter by nature, he possesses an incredible energy level that ensures a smooth and speedy movement of inbound and outbound materials and goods at Xania.
He is a Science Graduate from Mumbai University with an MBA in Materials Management and Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management from the prestigious institute of Materials Management – IIMM Bangalore, India.
He started his career in 1988 in the field of Production, Quality Assurance Formulation and Development, PPC, Materials management, Business Development with acumen in international sourcing and Marketing.
His journey spans from GSK, Tata Pharma, MSD, Wockhardt, Cadila Pharma, Unichem, Aarti Drugs to Xania. He has worked at capacity of GM, VP, Director and Board Member with companies of repute.
Mr Verma heads the Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, and Production.
Mrinalini is a Cosmetologist, Beauty and skin specialist who holds variety of qualification and certificates in the field of Cosmetic, Beauty and Make up.
She studied cosmetics at a Premium Indian Institution and has been associated with reputed companies in Mumbai, India in the areas of formulation and manufacture of cosmetic.
She is further accredited with Diploma in Beauty from VLCC and in Advance Make Up from the prestigious Lakme Institute, a HLL Group Company. She possesses deep knowledge in the area of manufacturing and application of a variety of cosmetic products.
She has been active in her work since 2009

Mr. Patil was one of the original minds behind Xania’s scientific foundation. A qualified pharmacist with over three decades of experience in formulation development, R&D, and regulatory affairs, he was instrumental in shaping the technical direction of the company during its formative years.
Throughout his career, he contributed to numerous novel drug delivery systems and successfully filed multiple patents in the USA. His expertise spanned pharmaceuticals, veterinary formulations, aerosols, injectables, cosmetics, and disinfectants.
More than his technical contributions, Mr. Patil brought wisdom, humility, and mentorship to the Xania team. His legacy continues to guide our vision and commitment to scientific excellence.

Mr Cinmoy is LL.B. from the prestigious Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, Delhi University, Delhi, India.
He is also a science graduate with honours in Physics
He started his career as a Lawyer in the year 1999 when he got enrolled at the Bar council of Delhi.
