Overview

R&D (Research & Development) plays a very important role in the success of a business. It is the R&D function that provides a platform for creativity and innovation to flourish in an organisation. Innovative breakthroughs have happened only because of painstaking efforts of the R&D function. Good quality research and development (R&D) is crucial to the long-term success of the Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical industry and more generally, the wider life-sciences sector, but adequate funding is often required, particularly at the feasibility or concept stage of R&D.

Our team puts in a great deal of time and resources to promote our R&D department, this is in our quest to keep coming up with new kinds of products and dosage forms. Research and development (R&D) include activities that our company undertakes to innovate and introduce new products and services. It is often the first stage in the development process. The goal is typically to take new products and services to market and add to our company’s bottom line. Xania isn’t just a commercial venture, with our R&D department that is always working out the possibilities of bringing more and more innovation.

Our R&D team is headed by none other but by eminent Researcher and scholar who is one of our co-founders, he has has successfully developed pharmaceuticals dosage forms like Tablets, capsules, Dry Syrups, Liquid Orals, External preparations, Powders, Injectable, Lyophilized Injectables, Dry Powder Injectables, Veterinary Products, Herbal products, Cosmetics, Aerosols, Metered Dose Inhalers (MDI), Pellets, New Generation Antiseptic & Disinfectants and Nasal Sprays.
